Reliably good tea

This is my third or fourth time ordering from BornTea. I usually get the Yunnan Gold Black Tea, and this time I also tried their Aged Puerh Cake. They've been consistent every time. The tea quality is always excellent, fresh and flavorful. Shipping speed is usually about a week to the East Coast, which is what I've come to expect. No surprises, just reliable service and good tea. That's why I keep coming back.

Good tea, slowish delivery

I ordered a Moonlight White Tea and a small Gaiwan. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, no issues there. It took 8 days for the package to arrive in California, which felt a bit long, but it did come from overseas so I guess that's expected. Everything was well-packed, no damage. The Moonlight White Tea itself is quite good, very delicate flavor as described. The Gaiwan is also nice quality. I had a question about brewing instructions and used their contact form; got a reply within 24 hours, which was helpful. Overall, a solid experience for specialty tea.

Decent tea, minor shipping hiccup

I purchased some Tie Guan Yin Oolong and a Tea Infuser. The selection on the site is impressive, and I appreciated the detailed descriptions for each tea. My order shipped fairly quickly, but the tracking update was a bit sporadic for a couple of days. When it arrived, one corner of the infuser box was slightly dented, though the infuser itself was fine. The Oolong tea is high quality, very aromatic and flavorful, exactly what I was hoping for. The infuser works well, too. While mostly positive, more consistent tracking and better exterior packaging for smaller items would be an improvement. Still, I'm happy with the tea.

Nice tea selection

Got some Dragon Well Green Tea from here. It arrived pretty fast, like 6 days to my place in Texas. The tea tastes fresh, really good actually. I liked that they had a bunch of options. Will probably order again when I run out, felt like a good buy.
